1. You can order by phone, Fax, or simply send us an e-mail to reserve items from this website. Phone orders at 703-591-5608 are accepted between the hours of 9 a.m. through 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and you can leave a message anytime. We will get back to you promptly.

2. Payment may be in the form of PayPal, VISA and Mastercard, personal check, cashier’s check, or money order payable to The Mitchell Archives. For PayPal, please use our email address: mmitchell3@cox.net

3. Virginia residents please add 4.5% sales tax.

4. Orders totaling over $100 shipped postage free. Please include $7.00 per item for shipping and insurance on orders totaling less than $100. Newspapers will be shipped flat to preserve their integrity.

5. Every effort will be made to fill your order, but unreserved items may be previously sold. Please provide us with alternate choices if possible.

6. If requested, each item will come with a Letter of Authenticity personally signed by historian Mark E. Mitchell. All newspapers are guaranteed genuine or your money promptly refunded.

7. Thirty-day return privilege for any reason. We want you to be completely satisfied!

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, however we will make every effort to ship your orders as promptly as possible. In many cases we can actually ship your order out the same or following day!
